Shipping & Delivery Policy

Flor & Studio provides flower delivery across Dublin and selected areas of Kildare.

 

Same-Day Delivery — Dublin

Same-day delivery is available across Dublin for orders placed before 2:30 PM, subject to delivery capacity.

Orders placed after 2:30 PM will normally be scheduled for the next available delivery date selected at checkout.

Delivery Days

We deliver 7 days a week, subject to availability and seasonal demand.

During peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, delivery times and order cut-off times may vary.

Selected Kildare Areas

Delivery to selected areas of Kildare may also be available.

Availability and delivery charges depend on the delivery address and date. If your area is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless this has been agreed with us in advance.

Deliveries are scheduled according to route planning, location and daily order volume.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is not available when delivery is attempted, our driver may:

  • Contact the recipient or purchaser

  • Leave the flowers in a safe location where appropriate

  • Leave the order with a neighbour, reception desk or concierge where appropriate

  • Arrange another delivery attempt if necessary

Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment number, Eircode and recipient contact number where applicable.

Flor & Studio cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

Hospitals, Hotels, Offices and Other Venues

For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, offices, restaurants or other commercial premises, orders may be handed to reception, security or another authorised member of staff.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the recipient is able to receive flowers at the specified location.

Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Severe weather, road closures, traffic disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Where possible, we will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.
